SAN FRANCISCO (AFP) - The governor of California (West), Arnold Schwarzenegger has declared a state of emergency Friday in the San Francisco area due to oil pollution at sea after a boat had hit a bridge.
"I signed a proclamation of emergency, so that all state resources are coordinated to act" with this situation, said in a statement that Mr. Schwarzenegger visited the affected area Friday morning.
